Training for 2 days in a row and both very physical-ish due to the rain.... TIRED... T~T my whole body is aching like shit... T~T Haish....
Yesterday we ran circular block up to 4th floor and back down, one set, and we had to do 3 sets... hell..... today too.... but we had to do 300 skipping between each set.... double hell.... and then we had to do sprints.... i am fine with the only sprinting part.... but sprint and back paddle almost half of what we had sprinted just was damn tiring and made me feel like i never even completed any distance... ahaha:) EPIC LAH!~ But we had court training today:)) So i feel happy:)) But my passes suck balls today :/
Tomorrow have CMPS thingy T~T
Go back school this whole week..... T~T
